Welcome to Isocare Warranty. As a valued customer, this No-Fault warranty provides full coverage for your Isolite® Pro, Isolite® Core, and Isolite® Core+ products during the 1st year after the initial purchase. Should anything happen to your system during the term of your warranty, simply contact us and we will get you back up and running (subject to the terms below). The purpose of this agreement is to outline the terms of this warranty, as well as provide guidance when filing claims. See below for full Terms and Conditions, and please keep this for your reference.
An additional two years of coverage (an “Extended Warranty”) can be purchased at any time up until six months after the initial system purchase.
Terms and Conditions - USA and Canada
Under both the Isocare Standard or Extended Warranty, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions, and limitation of liability set forth below:
Warranty Terms and Conditions
- Zyris warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the term of the warranty.
- If the product exhibits a defect, Zyris will, at its option, repair or replace it without costs for parts or labor.
- Any damage resulting from an accident, customer’s misuse, dirt, or failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance is still eligible for coverage under this No- Fault warranty for the term of the warranty.
- The defective product must be returned by the customer to Zyris in accordance with our Return Material Authorization procedures.
- This warranty does not cover tampering, the product’s finishes, normal wear and tear, services performed or attempted by unauthorized individuals or service agencies, or products that have been modified.
- No annual claim limit.
- Warranty is non-transferable.
- All implied warranties, including any implied or merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, are limited in duration to one year from original date of purchase of the product. The Extended Warranty is limited to a total of three years from the original date of purchase.
- Proof of original purchase is required.
- Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
- This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other legal rights which vary from State to State.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will Zyris be responsible for consequential, incidental or special damages (including lost profits, goodwill or downtime) resulting from the use of the product or for breach of the warranty.
How to File a Claim
To file a claim, simply call Zyris at 800-560-6066. We will quickly attempt to diagnose the problem over the phone and provide instructions on the next steps. Please have your product serial numbers available.
Should a return be required, a UPS return label will promptly be sent to you via email. Upon receipt, kindly proceed to print the provided return label, which can then be affixed to the packaging containing the damaged or defective part(s) or system(s) for return to Zyris.
It is imperative that all products slated for return undergo thorough cleaning and sterilization before dispatching them to Zyris. Failure to meet these hygiene standards may result in the rejection of the shipment, with the associated costs for return borne by the sender.
To facilitate the return process, we recommend coordinating with your local UPS shipper to arrange a convenient pickup or drop-off for your shipment.
